What we process and why

When you send an enquiry about a celebration, wedding or corporate event, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the preferred date, number of guests and the content of your message.

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months after the last communication. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for as long as required by accounting and tax law.

Recipients

The data is stored on servers of our hosting provider in the European Union (Amazon Web Services, Stockholm region) and emails are delivered through our email provider. Both act as processors on our behalf. We do not transfer your data to third countries or use it for marketing.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only store a technical cookie remembering the language you selected.

The map is loaded from OpenStreetMap only after you click “Show map”; at that point your browser connects to OpenStreetMap servers.

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Write to us at the address above.
